OSM Training's mission is to shape strong, powerful and explosive athletes who exceed everyone's expectations, including their own. The following problem often arises.

Many athletes, whether they are competitive athletes or ambitious hobby athletes, want to improve their strength & conditioning and finding the right balance in the composition of the training content here is often not easy. The devil is in the details.
