WHAT YOU GET WITH THE “SIXPACK & ATHLETIC” ONLINE PROGRAM
“SIXPACK & Athletik” is a program designed for lifters looking to improve their overall physique, athletic and aestetics.
It includes strength training, HIIT sessions and agility training. It is a 12-16 week program if you train 3-5 times per week.
After this 12-16 weeks you will have improved strength, you are more athletic and for sure your body is “redesigned sculpted”.
